Innovate: Boost Creativity and Innovation is a practical workshop designed to help leaders, teams and professionals strengthen the habits behind better ideas and better problem-solving. Participants will explore tools and techniques for creative thinking, learn how to generate more divergent thinking in groups, become more comfortable with improvisation and uncertainty, and identify the mental habits that can quietly limit innovation.
