Enable: Build Self-Organising Teams is a practical workshop for leaders, Scrum Masters, coaches and managers who want to help teams take greater ownership of their work without creating chaos.
Participants will explore what self-organisation actually means in practice, what conditions make it more or less likely, and how to shift from directing the team’s every move to enabling stronger autonomy, accountability and collaboration.
The workshop focuses on the practical leadership work behind self-organisation: creating clarity without over-control, setting healthy constraints, developing decision-making capability, and helping teams grow the confidence and habits needed to organise themselves more effectively over time.
The aim is not to abandon teams in the name of empowerment. It is to help them become more capable, more coordinated and less dependent on constant external direction.
