Cultivate: Nurture Stakeholder Relationships is a practical workshop designed to help leaders and professionals build stronger, more effective relationships with the people who shape, influence or depend on their work. Participants will explore how to better understand stakeholder needs, motivations and influence, communicate in ways that land with different audiences, and build the trust needed for honest, productive relationships over time.
The workshop also develops the more challenging side of stakeholder work: handling friction, influencing without unnecessary force, negotiating through competing priorities, and staying self-aware when relationships become tense or political.
