Every time that I'm told my two-day training classes are "awesome", "game-changing" or "the best training ever" (their words not mine!) I get a nice feeling...it's hard not to. BUT...I know how difficult it is to put two days' worth of training into practice once you leave the classroom.
This is why I've created a comprehensive development pathway for Scrum Masters that you can not only follow as you grow in your role but keep with you forever!
But you don't even need to be a Scrum Master to benefit...we teach skills not frameworks or roles so if you lead or coach teams or help increase agility in your organisation then you will grow massively in this Pathway!
You will begin by exploring all the major skills and facets of great servant leaders then be supported while you navigate the challenges of applying these skills in your day-to-day working life for 6 months before coming back for deeper skills transfer to set you up for your future, ongoing adventures as a great Scrum Master.
We teach skills not frameworks so all agile approaches and servant-leadership or team leadership roles are welcome.

To get the best out of this pathway, delegates should be ideally working with a team in some capacity in order to apply their learning and reflect on their work.
This program is a commitment to learning over a period of six months.
It involves:
In this workshop, you will meet your fellow learning cohort and explore every aspect of what it takes to be a great Scrum Master or servant-leader. You will work through every aspect of Geoff's RE-TRAINED model and develop your skills to become more:
You will also get a FREE COPY of Geoff's book Scrum Mastery (2nd Edition)
After the first workshop, you will go back to your team(s) and apply what you have learned. But you will not be alone. You will support and be supported by your learning cohort. Through group coaching, self-paced case study work and your own unique commitments to one another, you will navigate the specific challenges you face day to day using the Mighty Networks community channel or WhatsApp chat provided for you as part of your program.
After three months of hands-on practice and group supervision you will return for another two-day workshop where you will be provided with more, and deeper, theory and guided practice to prepare you for your future adventures as a Scrum Master. You will take your Scrum Mastery skills to another level and learn how to:
After leaving the course, not only will you have developed great habits and a supportive network of other Scrum Masters but you will also have lifetime access to the eCourse of Scrum Mastery videos from Geoff allowing you to revisit aspects of your training at any time...ever!
This course is aimed at practicing ScrumMasters or those intending to imminently become a ScrumMaster. It assumes a working knowledge of the Scrum framework.
“This was, quite simply, the best training course I’ve been on. In many ways it was common sense but with empirical underpinning and practical applicability.” - Rob

On the one hand this was full of radical concepts that will involve a lot of upheaval at our organisation but Geoff presented them calmly, rationally and supported them with practical ways to evolve our organisation
This is not a quick-fix, sheep-dip training. This is a long-term investment in your development. I often forget things from a class but this approach helps things stick over the long-term
