Every time that I'm told my two-day training classes are "awesome", "game-changing" or "the best training ever" (their words not mine!) I get a nice feeling...it's hard not to. BUT...I know how difficult it is to put two days' worth of training into practice once you leave the classroom.
This is why I've created a comprehensive development pathway for Product Leaders that you can not only follow as you grow in your role but keep with you forever! You will begin by exploring all the major skills and facets of great Product Leaders then be supported while you navigate the challenges of applying these skills in your day-to-day working life for 6 months before coming back for deeper skills transfer to set you up for your future, ongoing adventures as a great Product Leader.
We teach skills not frameworks so all agile approaches and product roles are welcome.

We welcome all agile approaches and product roles. However, to get the best out of this Pathway delegates should ideally be working in a product role and with a product or service in some capacity. This program is a commitment to learning over a period of six months.

In this workshop, you will meet your fellow learning cohort and explore every aspect of what it takes to be a great Product Owner. You will work through every aspect of Geoff's DRIVEN model and develop your skills to become more:

After the first workshop, you will go back to your team(s) and apply what you have learned. But you will not be alone. You will support and be supported by your learning cohort (and me!). Through group coaching, case study work and your own unique commitments to one another, you will navigate the specific challenges you face day to day using our community channel provided for you as part of your program.
After three months of hands-on practice and group supervision you will return for another two-day workshop where you will be provided with more, and deeper, theory and guided practice to prepare you for your future adventures as a Product Owner.
