Lightbulb Talk 14 – When a ScrumMaster Should NOT Facilitate

There are a couple of instances where the ScrumMaster shouldn’t facilitate the Scrum team. This is when the team is looking to grow and have more space to self-manage, or when there is a conflict situation where the ScrumMaster can’t remain neutral.

Here are some examples of when a ScrumMaster should not facilitate a Scrum team in my four-minute Lightbulb Talk.
