To be agile, or not to be agile…that is the question! While I am a strong advocate of an agile approach, there are also times when the context or project is not suited to agile.

In this four-minute talk, I take a look at the most important variables to consider when deciding whether to go agile: predictability, volatility, complexity and an appetite for risk. Get familiar with some tools to help you easily decide whether an agile approach is most suited to your project, or you’re better sticking with a more traditional waterfall approach.
