Avoiding Carry Over: How To Have A Clean Sprint // Top Ten Tips

Scrum teams work in iterations, estimating what they can get done in each sprint and aiming to achieve these goals. But (shock horror!) sometimes these estimates are not correct and there are incomplete tasks at the end of the sprint, also known as ‘carry over’.

Teams don’t want carry over for a number of reasons which I talk about in this video before giving you my top ten tips to help your team avoid this and have a clean sprint.
