Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

The product owner role in a Scrum team is crucial to the success of the product development effort. This course will prepare you for your role as product owner or provide you an insight into that person's world so that you can support your product owner better.

This CSPO course is aimed at people relatively new to Scrum and those with a base level of knowledge who are curious to learn more. This course will teach the Scrum framework from the Product Owner’s point of view, allowing attendees to experience what being a Product Owner is like and what they can expect when playing that role. It will also teach a number of techniques that have proved very useful to Product Owners over the years for attendees to take away and try immediately with their teams.

Through my career I’ve seen a lot of instructors and I have to say that Geoff is the best I have ever met. The way the knowledge was presented made it interesting and the supporting exercises were very good! Before my participation a good colleague told me to wait for a Scrum course instructed by Geoff rather than participate in the first available course. And I must agree - Geoff is brilliant with a good message.
