Through coaching, I help people balance their traits and avoid becoming trapped by them. I help people identify and maximise their values, strengths and goals. I help people change career, achieve promotion and become more productive and satisfied in their current role.
Coaching is the process of facilitating a reflective thought process with in somebody else in order to enable them to make some progress towards a goal; helping them recognise and maximise their strengths while minimising their limiting behaviours. Coaching is focussed purely on you and what you want to achieve; as a coach I have no agenda other than to facilitate your progress towards what you want to achieve. As a result, you will get more out of coaching than you would out of most training courses as the agenda is defined by you for you!
Why is coaching so effective?
The most common form for coaching is 1 on 1, either face to face or over a virtual medium such as Skype. I offer a free taster session to explore your goals for coaching and test for compatibility.
Coaching gives you expert insight, reflective feedback and a more focused and effective approach to your progress. Because coaching is usually spaced out over days, weeks or even months, this allows for time in between each new piece of insight or nugget of reflection. Time that can be used to digest, analyse, experiment and explore further, allowing you to practice and make use of your insights.
