Alan Easton

Alan Easton

Alan is a highly experienced Agile coach and Lean consultant with a track record of helping teams to use the principle of inspect and adapt to drive organisational change. He has spent the last 12 years developing and advocating approaches to IT delivery in line with the principles that are now regarded as Agile.

His particular interest is in applying Lean thinking to the very largest of complex product delivery environments where the IT element is only one aspect of what constitutes value to the customer - observing that, “too often the benefits expected from the implementation of an agile rollout programme fail to materialise because people ignore the wider aspects of end to end delivery”.
