Geoff Watts Becomes The First Certified Scrum Coach in the UK

On 15th April my application to become a Certified Scrum Coach was accepted, making me the first CSC in the UK. The CSC application is a rigorous process requiring applicants to:   Be a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). Be able to demonstrate at least 1,500 hours of Scrum coaching over the past 5 years, as distinct from the role of ScrumMaster, Scrum Product Owner or Functional Manager Experience coaching Scrum across multiple teams and/or organizations Provide two different client references who can verify your coaching experience and skills. Be actively engaged in, and contributing to, the Scrum community over the past 3 years.
