Learn the Scrum framework for an agile project and the essentials of working in a Scrum team. Through a fun mix of theoretical explanation, problem exploration and practical exercises, this 3-day course will equip attendees for their first Scrum project or enable them to reflect on their projects and become more agile. This course expands on the traditional two day Certified ScrumMaster or Product Owner classes to cover the complete dynamics of a Scrum team.
By combining the material for all the Scrum team members, everyone gets the benefits of learning together and obtaining a collective understanding of the respective roles and responsibilities to make a Scrum project successful. They will also learn that, despite being a simple framework, it is deceptively simple as Scrum requires discipline and hard work to be effective.
Questions and conversations are encouraged throughout and there is also a dedicated Q&A session to explore the concerns and practical queries. As Certified Scrum Trainers we are approved by the Scrum Alliance and have had experience of Scrum implementations small, medium and large, coming up against and resolving many barriers to Scrum along the way.
