Inspect & Adapt was founded in 2006 by Geoff Watts, an agile consultant and Certified Scrum Trainer with a wealth of experience of agile projects. He spent seven years at British Telecom, helping guide teams through their agile transformation and formed part of the central agile transformation team at the largest agile transformation in the world. Over the last two years he has been helping a number of other teams and organisations adopt Scrum and other lean ways of working.Geoff is a regular speaker at conferences.Inspect & Adapt has a wide range of associate coaches and trainers who work together on various engagements to provide the right skills and experience for the client.

I had the great pleasure of attending Geoff's CSM class in London in April 2007. I use what I learned in Geoff's class every day! In just 2 days of his CSM training, I was able to build a strong foundation of Scrum knowledge. The slides that Geoff sent out after the class help keep my team productive and on the right track. They’re a great reference for any new situations that might arise—in a year and a half of practicing Scrum, I haven’t come across a situation yet that Geoff hadn’t referred to in his training.
